Kate is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over 15 years of clinical experience working in both acute hospital settings and private practice. Kate is particularly passionate about assisting patients with the dietary management of hypertension, hyperlipidaemia, diabetes, kidney disease and those needing to lose weight prior to surgery. Kate also has extensive experience working with aged patients and prescribing nutrition care plans for aged associated medical conditions.
Kate has University qualifications in Nutrition and Dietetics, as an APD Kate undergoes ongoing education to comply with the DAA’s guidelines for best practice. Kate is qualified to advise individual clients and groups on nutrition-related matters.

Wendy has been a Lactation Consultant for 11 years and supports Mums and Bubs with breastfeeding issue such as supply, comfort, attachment or going back to work queries.
Working with newborns, premature and twins, as well as older children, Wendy is keen to support families to achieve their breastfeeding goals.
If you have Breast feeding questions while pregnant or after the baby arrives Wendy is happy to help with any breastfeeding questions and problems.

Vicki joined the team at Belair Medical in early 2013, working part time alongside the GP’s, with a particular focus on Women’s Health and incontinence.
Vicki has lived in Eden Hills and worked down at Mitcham Rehab for more than 20 years and really enjoys being “a true local”. Vicki is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist, with a clinical interest in the pelvic floor. She is passionate about educating men and women in the prevention and treatment of problems in this area. A special interest is pelvic organ prolapse and management with support pessaries.
Belair Medical provides a unique service offering pessary fitting by a trained physiotherapist, with the backup of a medical practitioner. Pregnancy, the post-natal period and around the menopause, are other areas where Vicki encourages women to seek advice, in particular with regard to safe exercise options and prolapse prevention.

Jessica is a Psychologist suitable for the whole family and offers a service to children and adults.
Jess has over 15 years experience and has worked in general practice for much of that time. She has helped a number of people through tricky times and has a specialist interest in supporting families through pregnancy, the postnatal period, and those having difficulties relating to fertility.
Jess also enjoys working with children and their parents. As a parent herself, Jess understands the challenges of raising a family!

Julie lives in the Adelaide foothills, is a parent and grandparent, and has been a practicing psychologist for more than 40 years.
Her primary focus is in supporting people in their adapting to life changes, in a way that enhances quality of life and reduces the impact of psychological distress. Julie respects the uniqueness of each person, and makes use of a range of therapeutic methods, including person-centred therapy, mindfulness, CBT and EMDR.
Julie has had particular experience with chronic illness, disability, loss & grief, trauma, anxiety and depression.

Andrew sees patients experiencing a range of psychological reactions including anxiety, depression and adjustment to a range of ‘life events’ including trauma, health issues, and relationship breakdown. He has a particular interest in anxiety management and sleeping difficulties, and sees patients across a broad age range, from adolescents to older adults.
Andrew completed his clinical training at Flinders University in 1989, and then some years later completed further training and research at Adelaide University, receiving his PhD in 2005. He is a member of the Australian Psychological Society’s College of Clinical Psychologists.
In addition to his private practice, Andrew has worked for many years in rehabilitation units within both the Royal Adelaide and Repatriation General Hospitals, assisting patients as they recover from a range of physical injuries and illnesses. He has also taught within the Clinical Rehabilitation Course at Flinders University.
